In Ghana, the bank is evolving its Private Banking arm into a broader Wealth Management service focused on delivering tailored financial solutions to high net worth individuals.

The bank is looking for ambitious professionals who can develop strong, trusted relationships with premium clients and provide a highly personalised service experience.

What You Will Do

• Support and manage relationships with high net worth clients in a corporate or professional environment.
• Deliver bespoke financial and client service solutions aligned to individual client needs.
• Build trust through consistent, discreet, and high-quality client interaction.
• Adapt quickly to new wealth management approaches and service models.
• Contribute to the growth and positioning of the bank’s Private Banking / Wealth Management offering.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated background handling high net worth individuals in a corporate or professional setting.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong judgment, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Open mindset and readiness to learn modern wealth management solutions.
• Genuine interest in creating highly personalised client experiences.

Qualification & Experience

• A university degree is required, with at least a Second Class Lower classification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience serving high net worth clients in any corporate setting.
