Job description
About the Role
Nscale is expanding quickly across several regions, and the Supply Chain Project Fulfillment team is looking for a Principal Supply Chain Manager to act as the global link between regional supply chain groups. In this position, you will connect the work of teams across geographies so that project fulfillment methods remain aligned as the business scales. You will also be the top escalation contact for shortages of materials and supplier delays, helping coordinate regional teams and global sourcing to keep deployment timelines protected.
This is a strategic, high-visibility position for someone who enjoys balancing operational precision with cross-functional coordination, and who can manage complexity across multiple regions while driving outcomes without direct authority over every stakeholder.
What You'll Do
- Be accountable for fulfillment results across regional supply chain teams and handle the highest-level escalations for material shortages, supplier delays, and global fulfillment risks.
- Coordinate the end-to-end fulfillment flow globally, including demand inputs, procurement, supplier management, shortage or surplus resolution, and readiness for deployment.
- Work closely with regional supply chain leaders and global sourcing teams to align priorities, clear blockers, and maintain momentum with speed and adaptability.
- Convert detailed regional information into a global, leadership-ready view that gives executives a clear picture of risk, capacity, and fulfillment progress across all regions.
- Spot recurring trends across regions and turn them into a scalable global operating model, including standardized processes, dashboards, and reporting for project fulfillment.
- Create operating efficiency through practical documentation, SOPs, and process improvements that reduce repeat exceptions and minimize manual follow-up across regions.
Who You Are
You bring around 10 years of experience in supply chain management, project fulfillment, or global operations, preferably in datacenter, cloud, or hyperscale settings. You have worked across multiple regions at the same time, partnering with local teams and a global function to resolve shortages and delivery escalations at scale. You are comfortable building executive-level reports and dashboards that simplify complex multi-region data into clear business narratives, supported by strong Excel or modeling capability and familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. You understand supply chain or procurement systems and can work confidently across hardware categories such as GPUs, memory, servers, and networking equipment. You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you should understand what matters and why. You are also a clear, confident communicator who can translate operational complexity into concise executive updates and distinguish signal from noise.
Compensation and Benefits
The stated base salary range for this role is USD 150,000 to USD 236,000. Final compensation may differ depending on job-related factors such as skills, experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, the role may qualify for bonus, equity, and/or commission opportunities. Nscale may also provide a competitive benefits package that can include medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.
