Role Overview

Wise is hiring a senior product leader to scale Wise Platform Receive, the enterprise capability that enables partners to receive funds both internationally and domestically. This product sits at the core of Wise Platform and allows partners to embed Wise’s money movement infrastructure into their own apps and platforms under their own brand.

This role is suited to a seasoned product manager with strong fintech experience, particularly in banking and remittances. The opportunity involves building and scaling a category-defining product at global scale, with a strong emphasis on execution, partner success, resilience, and compliance-aware delivery.

Wise has spent years investing in licensing, banking relationships, and infrastructure, and now supports large-scale money movement across more than 70 countries. The platform has processed nearly £100B in both domestic and international payments to multi-currency accounts and maintains direct connections in 5 markets.

What You Will Do

• Own the global strategy, delivery, and growth of Wise Platform Receive, with a strong focus on reliability, scale, and customer outcomes.
• Prioritise the most valuable initiatives each quarter to ensure strategy and KPI targets are met.
• Step beyond conventional product responsibilities when needed by helping with compliance risk, technical blockers, and data analysis.
• Partner with banking organisations across different markets to unlock additional ways for customers to receive money.
• Work with engineering, compliance, operations, and partner-facing teams to ship critical infrastructure.
• Translate partner pain points and business needs into product capabilities that can scale globally.
• Help shape embedded finance by enabling global platforms to support both domestic and cross-border receipt of funds.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience launching new payment corridors for pay-ins or pay-outs, working with banking partners, or setting strategy in enterprise fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of the technical, regulatory, and operational complexity involved in global financial products.
• Ability to take ownership, work through ambiguity, and build infrastructure from the ground up.
• Interest in helping Wise Platform Receive become a benchmark product for embedded cross-border finance.
• Clear and adaptable communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Solid technical judgement that can help move decisions forward with engineering leadership.
• Comfort using SQL and customer data to support product decisions.
• A practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to do whatever is needed to help the team succeed.
