About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Primary / Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational team at Kkn Educational Society in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing young learners through a child-centered methodology and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute engaging, age-appropriate lessons emphasizing early literacy, numeracy, and phonics fundamentals.
• Develop hands-on and creative activities that enhance enjoyable and effective learning experiences.
• Manage the classroom environment with warmth and structure to promote participation and discipline.
• Regularly assess and track student development milestones, maintaining detailed progress records.
• Establish and maintain positive communication with parents, offering constructive feedback on their child's learning journey.
• Handle administrative tasks using school ERP systems and computer applications such as MS Office to monitor attendance, lesson plans, and reporting.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written English skills are essential.
• Strong understanding of phonics and early reading instruction techniques.
• A patient, child-focused teaching philosophy with sincere enthusiasm for early childhood education.
• Basic computer skills, particularly familiarity with MS Office and ERP software.
• Energetic, creative, collaborative, and flexible with a positive work attitude.

Additional Information

• Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad and nearby surroundings.
• Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience required.
• Age Limit: Candidates should be between 22 and 35 years old.
• Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
