Role Overview

Titan1Studios is a multi-award-winning studio working across television, film, video games, and publishing. The company develops interconnected worlds and uses advanced real-time production tools to create intellectual property that can perform across several entertainment channels. As the organization grows its international slate, it is looking for a senior commercial leader to unlock sales, secure commissions and greenlights, and convert its IP into major global franchises.

This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Compensation includes a competitive executive base salary, a significant equity stake, and a performance-led bonus structure.

What the Role Owns

As President, Entertainment & Media, you will be accountable for the commercial direction and profit-and-loss performance of the TV, film, and broader cross-media portfolio. The role calls for an executive who can close major deals, navigate traditional entertainment business practices, and understand how modern production technology can sharpen pitches and improve deal execution.

Your core objective is to take original publishing, gaming, and entertainment properties and turn them into commissions, co-productions, distribution agreements, and international sales. You will work above the creative development function and act as the main negotiator with broadcasters, streaming platforms, and overseas distributors, while using real-time production capabilities to strengthen how projects are presented, budgeted, and sold.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international sales discussions and close high-value agreements with broadcasters, premium cable networks, SVOD and AVOD platforms, and global digital distributors across North America and priority international territories.
• Create commercial strategies that extend Titan1Studios’ multi-platform IP into new formats, including adapting game properties into television and growing publishing titles into interactive franchise opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal technology and gaming teams to use real-time production workflows such as Unreal Engine, virtual production, virtual scouting, and real-time visualization to improve buyer presentations and reduce time to market.
• Structure financing and rights strategies that include windowing, international pre-sales, co-productions, and deficit financing, while protecting long-term IP value across all business lines.
• Work with the VP of Content to assess the development slate through a commercial lens and attach valuable showrunners, talent, directors, or technology partners to make projects market-ready.
• Improve division revenue through production fees, backend distribution, formatting and syndication, and cross-media licensing.

Candidate Profile

The ideal leader has strong relationships with development executives, commissioning editors, and content buyers across North America, Europe, and global streaming businesses. They are comfortable operating as a top-level closer and can consistently generate meaningful sales results.

You should also bring a modern, tech-aware perspective, with an understanding of how real-time engines, in-camera visual effects, and virtual production affect budgets, timelines, and sales conversations. The right person will combine entrepreneurial energy with deep experience in traditional studio business models and contemporary, technology-enabled storytelling.

Requirements

• At least 10 to 15+ years of senior-level experience in content sales, media distribution, or studio leadership roles such as EVP or President at a production company, agency packaging team, or media network.
• A strong history of packaging and selling content to leading broadcasters and streaming platforms around the world.
• Hands-on experience with, or oversight of, production models using real-time engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity and virtual production workflows, with awareness of how these tools influence budgeting, scheduling, and buyer pitches.
• Solid knowledge of media financing, cross-platform rights management, and intellectual property licensing.
• An entrepreneurial approach with the ability to connect legacy Hollywood studio practices with fast-moving, technology-driven content creation.
