Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Founding Teacher, you will be an essential part of the team building Little Ivy Preschool from inception. You will contribute significantly to developing the classroom environment, creating daily schedules, and fostering a nurturing culture. Strong spoken English skills are critical as effective communication with children, parents, and staff is vital.

The role requires initiative, openness to constructive feedback, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with the school's founders throughout this foundational phase.

Qualifications and Experience

The candidate must hold proven experience as a preschool teacher working with children between 2 to 6 years of age. Excellent communication abilities in English are mandatory to succeed in this position.

Compensation and Career Progression
