Position Overview
We seek enthusiastic educators passionate about supporting children's developmental journeys. Candidates will be backed by specialized program staff and support teams, enabling them to focus fully on classroom engagement. The role centers on delivering a nurturing and educational experience aligned with our vision of giving children the best foundation in life.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a classroom and fulfill both teaching and caregiving duties.
- Design and execute curriculum and programs suited to children's developmental stages while incorporating emerging educational trends and creating innovative learning materials.
- Foster partnerships and collaborative relationships with center staff, families, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and oversee family and community initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to community involvement.
- Perform routine caregiving tasks with a continuous focus on enhancing service quality.
- Champion professional standards by promoting the organization's vision, mission, and values while driving innovation to uphold high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Holder of an EY2, L1, or L2 Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with staff at all levels, as well as parents, families, and community partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Open to candidates with or without prior teaching experience but must demonstrate high motivation, energy, and a strong passion for fostering children's learning and development.
