Premium Coordinator - Sports Freelance

This role is dedicated to managing premium client services and sports partnerships to enhance Coca-Cola Arena's reputation as a premier sports venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client account management and premium experience development within the sports sector.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Coca-Cola Arena as a top-tier destination for sports events.
• Manage sports division operations by collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Coordinate premium hospitality experiences for sports, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
• Continuously assess and enhance the premium guest experience by analyzing feedback and implementing improvements.
• Develop strategies to increase income from premium offerings such as suites, club seats, memberships, and VIP packages.
• Maintain relationships with Dubai Basketball suite holders, annual seat holders, VIPs, and key stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively and timely with partners and suite holders under management direction.
• Provide personalized concierge-level service including ticketing, welcome, parking, and event-related activities.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively and resolve issues swiftly to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for all Dubai Basketball premium areas including suites, clubs, lounges, and floor experiences.
• Build and sustain strong, lasting client relationships through positive engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree preferably in hospitality management, sports management, or account management.
• Has at least five years of experience in comparable roles or sports management.
• Previous work experience in the UAE event industry is preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Possesses friendly demeanor, strong listening, and communication abilities across all levels.
• Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management and personal presentation skills.
• Works well within teams and welcomes management guidance.
• Exhibits a proactive, can-do attitude without compromising safety.
• Operates effectively under pressure and meets deadlines consistently.

Additional Details

This is a freelance role requiring candidates to have their own visa/sponsorship. The position is open specifically to UAE Nationals as part of the commitment to developing national talent.
