Role Summary

This role focuses on acquiring Current and Savings Account customers through direct field sales efforts, undertaking KYC processes, account activations, and promoting additional banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new CASA customers via field visits and open market engagements
• Manage KYC compliance, documentation, and account activation procedures
• Achieve monthly sales targets and encourage account balance growth
• Promote and cross-sell products such as loans, insurance, and mutual funds

Candidate Requirements

• Between 6 months to 2 years of field sales experience; possession of a two-wheeler preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Minimum educational qualification: Any graduate
