Job description
Role Overview
This is an in-office inside sales opportunity in Pune for a B2C home interiors business. The role is suited to candidates with 0–2 years of experience, and freshers who have strong communication ability are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads coming in from marketing campaigns; this role does not involve cold calling.
- Gather details about the customer’s property, project timeline, and interior design needs.
- Assess whether the lead is a fit and clearly present the company’s value proposition.
- Arrange and encourage design consultations and office visits.
- Keep interaction details up to date in CRM systems.
- Work toward daily and weekly targets for calls and lead conversions.
Skills and Profile
- Strong spoken communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; English is a significant plus.
- Good ability to persuade prospects and respond to objections confidently.
- Background exposure to EdTech, Real Estate, BFSI, Interior Design, or Customer Support is preferred.
