Position Overview

We seek enthusiastic, compassionate, and dynamic teachers to become part of our early childhood education team, dedicated to nurturing young learners.

Work Locations and Hours

• Available locations: Panvel, Kamothe, Kharghar, Airoli, Ghansoli
• Working shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM, or 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative and engaging lesson plans for children aged 2 to 6 years
• Establish and maintain a secure, supportive, and joyful classroom atmosphere
• Facilitate children's development across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains
• Maintain consistent communication with parents about each child's progress
• Keep accurate classroom documentation, including attendance and observational records
• Adhere to school guidelines and safety protocols

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably possess ECCEd, Montessori, or Nursery Teacher Training credentials
• At least one year of experience teaching in Preschool, Playgroup, or Nursery settings
• Proficient in English communication
• Demonstrates warmth, patience, and creativity in approach
• Availability to join immediately is favored

Compensation

Monthly salary range: INR 13,000 to INR 20,000
