Role Overview
The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role to ensure the daily operations of the clinic are efficient and effective. This leadership position demands overseeing reception duties, managing the team, handling financial processes, and supporting strategic objectives to uphold excellent patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing reception duties including patient communication and inquiries.
- Leading and mentoring the practice team to foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere and high performance.
- Managing day-to-day operations such as staff scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Ensuring exceptional patient care to maintain the practice’s reputation.
- Overseeing budgeting, billing, and financial management tasks.
- Collaborating closely with clinicians and support staff to meet practice goals.
Work Schedule and Culture
- Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM with a 45-minute break.
