Power BI Expert & Report Writer

Overview

Our organization is expanding its team to support a significant large-scale Mixed-Use Development venture in the UAE. We seek an accomplished Power BI Expert & Report Writer to join us on-site in Abu Dhabi. This role involves developing and managing advanced reporting solutions to drive project control and monitoring.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems is required.
• Proficient in Data Modeling and DAX, including advanced measures and calculated tables.
• Strong preference for expertise in SQL for reporting and data extraction.
• Familiarity with integrating Power BI with Primavera P6 and cost management systems is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel tools such as Power Query and Power Pivot is mandatory.
• Experience in Power BI governance, including performance tuning and implementing row-level security (RLS), is advantageous.
• Professional background in project management consultancy (PMC) or project controls reporting environments.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 along with cost, schedule, risk, and change control management.
• At least 7 years in program controls management roles, with a minimum of 3 years actively developing in Power BI.
• Experience supporting executive-level or steering committee reporting is essential.
• Work history in large infrastructure projects encompassing residential developments, shopping malls, hotels, resorts, marine, or mixed-use developments.
