Job description
Overview
Join the Royal Mail team as a Postperson delivering mail in your local community. This permanent role based at the Dorking Delivery Office involves walking and driving to ensure prompt delivery across your route.
Working Hours and Schedule
You will work 37 hours per week across 5 days, Monday to Sunday, within the hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday working on a rota basis is required to meet operational needs.
Job Purpose
You will be part of the vital service delivering mail and parcels rain or shine, connecting people to everything from important documents to online orders, contributing to your community's well-being.

- Physically fit to walk for extended periods in all weather conditions
- Strong community spirit and pride in the work performed
- Possess a full UK manual driving licence with a maximum of six penalty points
