About the Role
Join Royal Mail as a Postperson with Driving responsibilities, contributing to the trusted delivery of billions of items annually. This permanent position is based at the Salisbury Delivery Office (SP2 7QP) and offers a 32-hour workweek spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday, between 07:15 and 15:15 hours, including Sunday work due to operational requirements.
Responsibilities & Role Details
- Deliver mail and parcels reliably and accurately to your local community, rain or shine.
- Provide excellent customer service by being a friendly, approachable presence during deliveries.
- Operate a delivery vehicle safely, requiring a valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Work independently while managing your daily route and timing efficiently.
- Maintain punctuality and organization across duties.

Additional Information
Roles with hours between 35 and 37 per week are considered full-time per recruitment standards, but contracts reflect part-time status if hours are below 37.
