About the Role

Join the team as a full-time Postman delivering parcels and letters within the Meuselwitz delivery areas under Deutsche Post and DHL.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn a tariff hourly wage of €17.20 (effective hourly rate approximately €17.92), amounting to roughly €2,911 per month including prorated 13th-month pay.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sorting and delivering letters and parcels using supplied tools and equipment.
• Deliveries on 5 weekdays per week, from Monday to Saturday.
• Handle shipments averaging less than 10 kg, maximum weight up to 31.5 kg.
• Use company vehicles for deliveries, including fully electric vehicles.

Candidate Profile

• Valid driver’s license allowing operation of delivery vans.
• Fluency in German communication.
• Physical resilience and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, motivated, and proactive work ethic.
