About the Role

Join Deutsche Post und DHL as a Postman delivering parcels and letters in Harzgerode. Your role involves sorting and distributing mail and packages using company-provided resources.

Compensation and Benefits

• Tariff hourly wage of €17.20, with a calculated hourly wage of approximately €17.92, leading to around €2,998 monthly including a prorated 13th-month salary.
• Proportional Christmas bonus payable in November.

Work Schedule and Duties

• Full-time position working 38.5 hours per week, five delivery days between Monday and Saturday.
• Sorting and delivery of letter and parcel shipments weighing on average under 10 kg and a maximum of 31.5 kg.
• Delivery is conducted using company vehicles, including fully electric models.

Candidate Profile

• Valid transporter driving entitlement is required.
• Strong proficiency in German communication.
• Ability to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions and provide physical effort.
• Dependable with a committed and proactive work ethic.
