Postman for Packages and Letters (m/f/d)

About the Role

Join as a delivery associate handling postal and parcel deliveries in Leipzig. You will be responsible for sorting and delivering mail and packages efficiently while working with company provided tools and vehicles, including electric models.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of €17.20 under tariff agreement, effective hourly wage €17.92 including proportional 13th month's pay, approximately €2,911 monthly
• Proportional Christmas bonus paid in November

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and delivering letters and parcels using supplied tools and assistance
• Deliveries conducted on five working days per week, Monday to Saturday
• Handle packages averaging below 10 kg, with a maximum weight up to 31.5 kg
• Use company vehicles including fully electric models for deliveries

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a valid Class B driver's license and is a confident driver
• Communicates proficiently in German at minimum B2 level
• Physically capable of working in various weather conditions and able to handle manual tasks
• Reliable, motivated, and committed to performing well
