About the Role

Join Deutsche Post and DHL as a postman delivering parcels and letters in Thalheim. This permanent full-time position involves working 38.5 hours per week onsite and offers a secure job with multiple benefits and development opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Tariff hourly wage of €17.20, with an effective hourly wage of approximately €17.92, equating to around €2,911 monthly including pro-rated 13th salary.
• Additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcel shipments using provided tools and aids.
• Work five days per week for delivery, between Monday and Saturday.
• Handle shipments averaging under 10 kilograms.
• Use company vehicles such as fully electric cars for deliveries.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a valid car driving license and ability to operate a passenger vehicle.
• Fluent conversational German language skills.
• Physically resilient and willing to engage in manual tasks outdoors regardless of weather.
