About the Role
As a delivery postie in Soltau, you will be responsible for getting letters and parcels to customers across your assigned area. The role is based on working outdoors in all kinds of weather and using the support tools and company vehicles provided to complete deliveries efficiently.

- An hourly wage of €17.92 under the tariff agreement, including 50% Christmas bonus
- An additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver letters and parcels using the equipment made available for the job
- Carry out deliveries on 5 working days per week, from Monday through Saturday
- Handle shipments that weigh less than 10 kg on average
- Complete deliveries using company vehicles, including fully electric vehicles
Requirements
- You must be legally allowed to drive a car
- You should be able to communicate in German
- You need to be comfortable working in all weather conditions and able to handle physically active work
- You should be dependable and willing to put in full effort
