Job description
Overview
For the Sangerhausen area, Deutsche Post DHL is hiring a parcel and mail delivery driver. This is a full-time position that can start immediately on a fixed-term basis, with the option of becoming permanent later on.
Compensation and benefits
- Hourly pay of €17.20 under the collective agreement, with a calculated hourly rate of €17.92 and roughly €2,998 per month including a pro-rated 13th month salary
- Pro-rated Christmas bonus paid in November
- Vacation allowance of up to €332
- Paid annual leave of 27 to 32 days
- 38.5 working hours per week

Role and duties
- Prepare, sort, and deliver letters and parcel shipments using the equipment provided
- Carry out deliveries on 5 working days per week, covering the period from Monday to Saturday
- Handle consignments that average under 10 kg, with a maximum weight of 31.5 kg
- Make deliveries using company vehicles, including fully electric vehicles
