Position Overview

Join the Royal Mail team in Wallingford as a Postal Delivery Driver, playing an essential role in the community by delivering letters, parcels, and important documents. This permanent role offers a structured yet varied schedule across Monday to Sunday, working approximately 37 hours weekly. The job involves sorting mail, operating a Royal Mail van, walking long routes on foot, and providing excellent service in all weather conditions.

• Must have a full manual UK driving license with no more than six penalty points.

Work Hours & Conditions

• Typical shifts run Monday through Saturday mornings and afternoons with some variations, and Sunday shifts are required as necessary.
• Potential need to cover alternative shifts from 12:00 to 20:00.
• Physically active role requiring daily driving and substantial walking and stair climbing.
