The Portland Area Manager is responsible for overseeing janitorial teams across several locations, making sure all cleaning and maintenance tasks comply with quality and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily janitorial operations across multiple sites, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep meet or exceed expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop janitorial staff and supervisors, fostering a culture that prioritizes teamwork, high performance, and continuous development.
• Carry out routine site inspections and audits to evaluate work quality, identify improvement opportunities, and enforce corrective measures.
• Build and sustain positive client relationships by understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
• Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations to create and maintain a secure work environment for staff.
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability of necessary resources for service delivery.
• Plan and administer operational budgets related to labor, materials, and equipment upkeep.
• Handle and resolve client and employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Integrate and monitor eco-friendly cleaning practices and products.
