Alignerr collaborates with top AI research teams worldwide to develop and train advanced AI models. We are seeking Population Health Informaticists with specialized knowledge of health data, analysis, and population health outcomes to support AI projects in this domain.
Your expertise in healthcare datasets, public health monitoring, and data-driven intervention approaches will play a crucial role in shaping AI's comprehension and reasoning about population health—impacting real-world public health beyond digital platforms.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assess and enhance AI-generated content related to population health, epidemiology, and health informatics.
- Analyze population health indicators to detect trends, disparities, and potential intervention points.
- Review and authenticate data pipelines, dashboard calculations, and reporting mechanisms employed in health surveillance and decision making.
- Convert complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights aligned with public health practice.
- Deliver structured expert evaluations on AI outputs, ensuring improved accuracy, clinical relevance, and usefulness.
- Operate independently and asynchronously, managing your workload on your own schedule.
Candidate Profile
- Experience handling healthcare, public health, or population health datasets.
- Strong analytical capabilities with practical use of data visualization and reporting tools.
- Ability to critically assess health data and recognize when AI results are incomplete, misleading, or clinically invalid.
- Proficient in conveying complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
- Attention to detail, dependability, and comfort with structured feedback protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational or professional background in epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, or public health policy.
- Experience with data annotation, evaluating data quality, or AI training processes.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR), claims data, or population health platforms.
- Previous involvement in health equity, social determinants of health, or community health initiatives.
