Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Attendant working at the pool and beach outlets, you will represent the hotel as a Hospitality Ambassador, ensuring prompt, courteous service at all times. You'll be integral in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction by providing high-quality food and beverage experiences. Your role involves collaborating closely across departments to maintain efficient operations, having comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, and services, while ensuring safety, hygiene, and guest privacy standards are upheld.
