Role Overview

This is a full-time, permanent opening in Dehradun for an experienced writer who can craft political speeches in Hindi. The position involves turning a leader’s ideas and objectives into speeches that connect with audiences, influence public opinion, and support broader narrative-building goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop clear, persuasive Hindi speeches that reflect a political leader’s vision and communication style.
• Shape messaging so it feels engaging, impactful, and suitable for public-facing political settings.
• Work directly with senior political leaders and adapt content to their needs.
• Revise drafts quickly and efficiently as priorities change.
• Write with strong awareness of political, cultural, and situational context.

Experience and Profile Needed

• At least 5 years of practical experience in political speech writing.
• Strong fluency in Hindi, including command over speech structure and pacing.
• Ability to collaborate with high-profile political figures.
• Comfort with pressure, deadlines, and frequent last-minute changes.
• Good judgment about political messaging and public communication.

Preferred Background

Priority will be given to candidates who have previously supported Cabinet Ministers, Chief Ministers, or official media, communications, or public relations teams working with political leaders.

Compensation and Employment Details

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Dehradun. The offered salary is up to ₹55,000 per month.
