Role overview
Easygo is looking for a poker-savvy, fast-moving, and down-to-earth team member to help expand its poker product into new markets. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands poker operations, and wants to contribute in a role where their decisions have a direct business impact.
What you'll do
In this role, you will help shape the poker offering by managing the practical details that keep games healthy and engaging. You will work on cash game settings, tournament planning, player communication, and operational systems while also supporting product improvements as the platform grows.
Responsibilities
- Set and review cash game stakes and rake structures to support a balanced poker ecosystem.
- Design and update tournament formats and schedules to improve guaranteed prize pools and reduce overlays.
- Become proficient in the systems used to run operations, including back-office tools, Excel or Google Sheets, Slack, and Jira.
- Examine unusual results and assist the Security team in identifying cheating or fraudulent activity.
- Prepare and manage player-facing messages for both the poker table and lobby.
- Contribute ideas for new features, as well as improvements to policies and security processes.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in online and/or live poker.
- Understanding of online poker tournament formats and cash game mechanics.
- Strong confidence using MS Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to work comfortably across global time zones when required.
- Bonus advantage for candidates with knowledge of poker ecology and data analysis, sportsbook/casino/bingo products, cryptocurrency, Slack, Jira, or an additional language.
Work environment
