Role overview
The PO Regional Manager will oversee the growth and management of Partner Offices within the assigned region. This position involves leading a team of 7 to 10 PO Territory Managers, with the rollout beginning with 7 team members initially. The core objective is to drive Partner Office recruitment, activation, productivity, capability building, and training so that business and KPI goals are met consistently.
Reporting structure
This role reports to the Zonal Head – Partner Office.
Team size
The regional manager will handle a team of 7–10 PO Territory Managers, starting with 7 POTMs at the outset.
Location
Assigned locations for this role include Kanpur, Noida, Gurugram, Indore/Raipur, and Ludhiana.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of 7–10 PO Territory Managers, with an initial team of 7.
- Support Partner Office sourcing and onboarding through the POTM network.
- Maintain Partner Office activation, productivity, and operational consistency.
- Deliver regional business objectives covering WFYP, PO coding, PO activation, and persistency.
- Run regular training, field coaching, and joint working sessions with POTMs.
- Strengthen the capability, performance, and growth of PO Territory Managers.
- Equip Partner Offices with sales training, product understanding, and process knowledge.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with PO Heads and important partners.
- Ensure strict compliance with process, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Performance measures
- Count of Partner Offices brought on board and activated.
- Productivity achieved by each Partner Office.
- WFYP performance against target.
- Capability and output of PO Territory Managers.
- Quality, persistency, and compliance outcomes.
