Role overview
In this PMO position, you will help drive project governance, coordination, and reporting across multiple initiatives. The role focuses on keeping delivery aligned with business objectives while meeting the expectations of regulated and standards-driven environments.
You will need solid experience across project lifecycle methods, delivery tools, and stakeholder reporting so you can support effective execution in banking and financial services contexts.
What you will do
- Manage governance and coordination activities to keep project execution consistent and compliant.
- Assist project managers and senior leaders with documentation, status tracking, and reporting.
- Track project health and prepare dashboard views and executive-level presentations with useful insights.
- Work across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery approaches as needed.
- Partner with stakeholders in banking and financial services to keep objectives aligned.
- Maintain and improve the use of PM platforms such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, and ServiceNow.
- Produce advanced analysis and reporting in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support governance, risk, and regulatory compliance across project activities.
What we are looking for
We are seeking someone with 5 to 10 years of experience in PMO, project management, or program coordination. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field is required.
Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry is important for success in this role.
You should be comfortable using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, or ServiceNow, and be highly capable with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and leadership updates. Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project delivery methods is expected, along with familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance requirements in banking settings.
