Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Playzone Attendant stationed onsite in Bhubaneswar. Your main responsibility is to oversee children's safety during play activities, enforce safety regulations, assist with play equipment, and react promptly to any incidents or concerns. You will welcome guests, inform parents and guardians of the playzone rules, and keep the area clean and orderly.

Additional duties include managing entry tickets, reporting maintenance needs, and working closely with the owner about scheduling and inventory. This role requires constant interaction with children and families to maintain a warm, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: completion of Class 12 or graduate in any stream.
• Ability to safely supervise children, stay vigilant, and handle minor injuries or emergencies calmly and swiftly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
• Basic organizational and time management abilities to juggle tasks, uphold cleanliness, and assist daily operations.
• Customer-oriented approach to resolve minor disputes, handle concerns professionally, and enhance visitor experience.
• Physical capability to stand for long durations, move around the play zone, and help children with equipment.
• Previous experience with children in playzones, daycares, schools, or equivalent settings is an advantage.
• Basic literacy and numeracy are needed, including familiarity with simple record-keeping or cash handling.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed, aligning with visitor flow.
