Main Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and strategically develop our public procurement and business trading platforms, such as Ariba, Mercateo/Unite, and Amazon Business.
- Set up, update, and optimize product catalogs across client-specific systems, including eProcurement platforms, OCI/Punchout solutions, BMEcat formats, and custom catalog structures.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, IT, and Marketing departments to guarantee data accuracy and product availability.
- Support both the technical and content integration of new platform customers alongside internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze key platform metrics and performance reports to drive continual improvements.
- Serve as the go-to expert on platform processes, catalog data management, and eCommerce interfaces for both internal teams and external partners.
- Participate in digital sales channel projects and contribute to advancing our online procurement strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Completed commercial training, technical background, or degree in business administration, business informatics, or eCommerce.
- Proven experience working with B2B platforms, eProcurement systems, or online marketplaces.
- Confident handling of data formats such as Excel, CSV, BMEcat, and XML, with a strong affinity for IT topics.
- Understanding of product data management, assortment structures, and digital sales channels.
- Methodical, analytical, and precise approach to work, with a strong focus on quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially when collaborating with various teams.
- Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Ideally, hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus) and foundational knowledge in interface management.
