Job Overview

To support operational efficiency and achieve set targets, the company requires an experienced Planning Officer 1 to oversee and manage work-in-progress (WIP) inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and control work-in-progress inventory accurately.
Input production data into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system regularly.
Oversee the transfer process of finished products from production to the finished goods storage.
Coordinate and collate information for the SQDCE meetings.
Create and update production master data including items, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routings.
Conduct stock-taking exercises for inventory accuracy.
Assist with weekly production planning tasks in the supervisor's absence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Formal degree in supply chain management or a related field.
A minimum of five years professional experience within a relevant manufacturing or supply chain setting.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Effective team leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficient problem-solving capabilities.
Commitment to excellent customer service standards.
Working knowledge of manufacturing modules within ERP systems.
Inventory management expertise.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
