About the Team
The Corporate Relations function is focused on creating and facilitating suitable employment opportunities for Sunstone students. The team is organized regionally, with people working from different locations. Each region is split into clusters, and every cluster includes several campuses.
About the Role
This role supports the cluster’s placement goals by planning, coordinating, and executing placement operations across campuses. It involves working closely with the Corporate Relations team to deliver results, improve processes, and strengthen employer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Help plan and deliver the annual operating targets for the assigned cluster and its campuses.
- Drive student placements across programs and campuses so that the cluster meets its yearly targets.
- Manage the daily functioning of the Corporate Relations team across all campuses in the cluster.
- Spot operational and team challenges early and take action to keep work running smoothly.
- Set up and follow effective placement practices and build systems that support data-based decisions within the cluster.
- Lead corporate relations efforts that contribute to expansion across the cluster and the wider region.
- Maintain steady recruitment participation from NSE Top 500 companies at Sunstone.
