Role Overview
Moople Institute of Animation & Design is seeking a proactive Placement Executive in Kolkata to support student placements and strengthen employer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with companies to improve placement opportunities for students.
- Arrange and manage interviews, internship opportunities, and final placement processes.
- Match students with roles that align with their skills and career goals.
- Create and implement strategies for placements and employer outreach.
- Onboard and formalize relationships with new companies to widen the hiring network.
Eligibility
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in placement coordination or corporate relations is required.
- Strong English and Bengali communication abilities are essential.
- The candidate should present well and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior exposure to the Education, Animation, VFX, or Media sector will be considered an advantage.
Location and Compensation
The job is based in Topsia, Kolkata. The offered salary is up to ₹3 LPA.
