Pay Structure

Compensation varies by role and status. Part-time CSR/Pizza Makers start at $10 per hour. Full-time Pizza Makers earn $13 per hour. Full-time Shift Lead Level 1 in training is paid $14 per hour. Once certified, Full-time Shift Lead Level 1 earns $15 per hour plus bonus for the first 6 to 8 weeks, $16 per hour plus bonus after 3 months, and $17 per hour plus bonus after 1 year. Full-time Certified Shift Lead Level 2 earns $18 per hour plus bonus after 6 to 12 months. General Managers start at $50,000 per year plus bonus. Full-time roles are defined as 30 or more hours each week. Part-time Shift Leads are paid $1 per hour less than the full-time rate for the same level.
