About the role
As a Pizza Delivery Rider at Nell’s Pizza, you are the last link in the customer journey and a key part of the overall experience. Your job is to get food to people’s doors promptly and carefully while also carrying the brand’s friendly, upbeat presence outside the shop.
Key duties
- Transport pizzas to customers efficiently, safely, and with care.
- Act as a positive and confident representative of Nell’s while out on deliveries.
- Verify each order before leaving the store so items are accurate.
- Maintain delivery equipment in a tidy, organised, and ready-to-use condition.
- Keep the team updated clearly on timing changes, delays, or any delivery-related problems.
What the team is looking for
- A dependable person who arrives on time and follows through on commitments.
- Someone comfortable working in all weather conditions commonly experienced in the UK.
- A warm, approachable, and helpful personality.
- Good navigation ability, whether through local knowledge or reliable GPS use.
- Ability to stay composed during busy periods and under pressure.
- Proof of the right to work in the UK.
What you will bring
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and pride in doing the job properly.
- Respect for customers, coworkers, and the communities you deliver through.
What you can expect
- Competitive pay with the addition of tips.
- Flexible shift patterns that can fit around your schedule.
- A supportive workplace where the team helps one another.
- Thorough onboarding so you feel prepared from the start.
- Employee discounts, including plenty of pizza.
Why Nell’s
Nell’s keeps the approach straightforward: excellent pizza, good people, and no unnecessary fuss. Every role contributes to the bigger picture, and riders are visible, important members of the team rather than background support.
