BigBasket is recruiting for the position of Picker / Packer to join their warehouse team located in Old Town, Bhubaneswar. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately selecting customer orders from warehouse inventory shelves.
• Sorting, stacking, and organizing products within the warehouse to maintain orderliness.
• Maintaining cleanliness and discipline throughout the warehouse environment.
• Ensuring that all goods are packed correctly and dispatched in a timely manner.
• Adhering strictly to safety procedures and standard warehouse protocols.
• Collaborating with team members to fulfill daily operational targets efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must have completed 10th grade, 12th grade, ITI, or hold a Diploma.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in similar roles.

Compensation and Work Hours

• Monthly in-hand salary starting at ₹13,000 plus Provident Fund and ESI benefits.
• Total cost to company (CTC) is approximately ₹16,101 per month.
• The role requires working 9 hours each day.
• Number of vacancies available: 3.
