About the Role
More Retail Private Limited is seeking dedicated Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join their More Supermarket Store team located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves engaging with customers professionally while managing store operations efficiently to provide a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, addressing queries and guiding them to products.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked shelves, ensuring product availability and proper display.
- Operate the billing or point-of-sale (POS) counter accurately, including handling cash and digital payments, issuing bills and receipts as needed.
- Keep the store clean and hygienic, checking products for expiry or damage and removing unsuitable items promptly.
- Support inventory control through stock management and periodic counting activities.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and customer service standards, coordinating with team members for smooth store functioning.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th, 12th, or graduation.
- Strong communication and customer service aptitude.
- Basic computer skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform store-related tasks.
