Job Overview
Globe Life is seeking a Photographer to join their team in McKinney, Texas. This hybrid role involves working from home on Mondays and Fridays, with onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday. The Photographer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively communicates the Globe Life brand story through headshots, event coverage, and executive imagery, supporting both internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and post-process photographs for diverse uses.
- Organize and conduct photo sessions at various locations.
- Work closely with the Digital Media Content Creators during events to ensure all necessary shots are obtained.
- Manage photo uploads to hosting platforms for online accessibility.
- Curate photo collections to assist the field force and corporate teams with social media content.
- Attend events to document significant moments.
- Mentor and collaborate with social media team members to enhance photography capabilities.
- Oversee planning and delivery of photographic projects from start to finish.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Photography.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in photography, digital content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong passion for social media and digital marketing trends.
- Expertise in composition, creative vision, camera operation, lighting, and editing software.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign.
- Solid understanding of photographic techniques and principles.
- Self-motivated with enthusiasm for initiating new projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop editing tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Effective communication skills with clients, art teams, and subjects.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring high-quality final images.
- Willingness to travel regularly for corporate events as required.
