Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Phone Banking Officer (Voice Process) across locations including Mumbai, Pune, Thane, and Belapur. This role involves handling inbound customer service calls associated with banking payroll services for a top bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound voice communications providing customer service support related to bank payroll processes.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
- Must possess good communication skills in English, Hindi, or any one regional language such as Oriya, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Assamese, or Marathi.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Work Conditions
- Work from office location.
- Day shift schedule.
- Five working days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: ₹12,000 to ₹17,000 net per month plus incentives.
- Additional medical allowance.
