Role overview
This opportunity is for Phoenix, Myntra’s returnship initiative for women resuming their careers after a break. The role is part of the Accessories team in Bengaluru and is based onsite. The program runs for 6 months and is intended to provide a structured, supportive re-entry into the workplace through onboarding, learning support, mentorship, and project work.
Launched in 2021, Phoenix is now in its 5th batch. It is designed to help participants strengthen their skills, work alongside experienced professionals in e-commerce, and potentially move into full-time opportunities later on.
Responsibilities
- Build and shape a long-term strategic plan for scaling a business segment within the accessories portfolio.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans for the Socks and Caps categories, with a strong understanding of the broader MLTA business.
- Track market changes and customer behaviour to turn emerging trends into actionable commercial insights.
- Set up and maintain competitor benchmarking systems and use the findings to guide response strategies.
- Develop pricing and promotion approaches that balance revenue growth with brand visibility.
Additional information
This role is part of a returnship program specifically meant for women who are currently on a career break. Candidates must have at least 6 months of career gap at the time of applying.

Requirements
