Job description
About the Role
Thyrocare is seeking a female Phlebotomist to join their team at the PPMC location in Pune. The position offers a fixed salary with added incentives based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit patients at their homes or designated locations to collect blood samples.
- Accurately perform blood collection employing Vacutainer technique, ensuring all procedural standards are maintained.
- Handle and transport samples carefully, adhering to collection protocols.
- Deliver a courteous and professional experience to patients during home visits.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed qualification in DMLT or MLT.
- Proven experience in blood sample collection using a Vacutainer.
- Possession of a bike or Activa along with a valid driving license for travel to patient locations.
- Basic understanding of MER and ESJI is preferred; however, training will be provided if unfamiliar.
Working Hours and Compensation
- Shift timing is from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000.
- Performance bonus: Upon successful collection of 100 samples, an additional ₹50 is paid for each extra sample collected.
