Job description
Role Overview
This full-time Wildlife Technician position focuses on delivering reliable wildlife control services to residential and commercial customers. The work centers on excluding wildlife, trapping animals, and removing them safely and effectively. The role also includes repairing or preventing damage caused by wildlife.
Key Job Duties
You will begin by speaking with customers to understand the problem, then carry out a detailed inspection of the property to locate the source of the issue. Based on your findings, you will determine the most suitable solution, explain the plan to the customer, complete the service, and then collect payment. You may also recommend additional services that could help the customer further. The role requires you to manage and schedule your own work independently.
Exclusion and Repair Work
Part of the job involves sealing entry points and blocking access areas using caulking, sheet metal, and similar materials. This may include work on soffits, gutter lines, roof ridges, vents, and other voids. Since this work is often performed on roofs or ladders, basic carpentry ability may be needed.
Benefits
Employees receive a company vehicle along with a strong benefits package that includes generous time off, 11 paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, Roth IRA, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a high-deductible HSA, telemedicine access, disability insurance, cancer insurance, accident insurance, a health and wellness suite, and company-paid life insurance plus the option to buy additional life coverage.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be able to pass and maintain any licensing or certification exams required by state regulatory agencies, as well as internal technical exams. A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards are required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to work at least 40 hours per week, and be willing to work evenings and weekends when needed.
