Role Overview

The role involves preparing, reviewing, and proposing pre-briefs, briefs, and texts aligned with Knewin's editorial policies. The position maintains direct client contact to support content creation and approval, alongside contributing to continuous process improvement with the assistance of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the structure and quality of texts ensuring adherence to core journalism principles such as cohesion, impartiality, fact verification, and appropriate imagery based on Knewin guidelines.
• Ensure editorial conformity in regard to legislation, inappropriate subjects, ethics, unsuitable content, vulgar language, and materials banned for individuals under 18 years old, following established rules.
• Create texts, briefs, and pre-briefs in line with the company’s editorial policy.
• Liaise with clients via email, WhatsApp, phone, and internal tools to assist in writing, editing, and content approval as well as to clarify queries.
• Handle editorial-related requests from other operational teams.
• Verify content feasibility for publication by investigating with clients or other departments and obtaining necessary documentation.
• Extract and deliver reports using internal systems.
• Track and resolve tickets by collaborating with support areas.
• Engage actively in meetings and client service activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completion or ongoing enrollment in a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Social Communication, or Languages.
• Previous experience in editorial production, press relations, corporate communications, and/or social media monitoring.
• Proficiency with data qualification tools such as Word, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Competency in presentation/reporting software including PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Familiarity with daily AI tool usage and basic prompt engineering skills.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI productivity tools like Claude Cowork and Claude Code.
• Experience automating workflows using N8N.
• Python programming and scripting capabilities.
• Process mapping expertise with a track record in optimization and enhancements.
• Certifications or coursework related to Quality and Lean methodologies.
