Role Overview
We are seeking qualified personnel (m/w/d) to join our municipal building maintenance yard at the earliest opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to maintaining green spaces.
- Provide support for technical services and events.
- Carry out work on traffic areas and playgrounds.
- Conduct winter service as well as standby duty.
Note: The job duties are subject to change.
Required Qualifications and Qualities
- Successfully completed vocational training in gardening, landscaping, or a related field.
- Willingness to perform standby duties outside regular working hours.
- Proactive approach, commitment, and ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented, dependable, motivated, flexible, and physically capable as required by the profession.
- Sense of responsibility, service-mindedness, and openness to new developments.

- Permanent employment contract based on the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD) in a well-functioning and highly motivated team of currently 16 employees.
