Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the assignment schedules of temporary workers at various client locations.
• Acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with recruiters to coordinate placement schedules and communicate necessary details about deployment and working conditions.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships by advising on personnel needs.
• Manage contracts, including drafting and overseeing temporary employment agreements and aligning service agreements with clients.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of experience in personnel placement, preferably in temporary employment.
• Thorough knowledge of labor law relevant to temporary staffing, payroll, and collective agreements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
• Strong organizational capabilities for efficient personnel planning with adaptability to last-minute changes.
• Ability to work independently in a structured manner while being a team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with personnel management systems; training on ZeitarbeitDeluxe is available.
