Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably in personnel, sales, or service sectors, or equivalent qualifications
• Professional experience in personnel services, sales, or client support is advantageous
• Knowledge in labor law, employee leasing, or contract management is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM, scheduling, or applicant management systems
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with business clients

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and expanding existing client relationships and actively acquiring new clients in the B2B sector
• Scheduling and organizing staff deployment in customer projects
• Coordinating personnel needs, work schedules, and qualification requirements with clients
• Preparing proposals, contracts, and deployment documents
• Maintaining client, candidate, and contract data within the system
