Position Overview
For the Hamburg location, this role focuses on coordinating staffing assignments and supporting both clients and candidates within a growing personnel services company. It combines recruiting, client communication, scheduling, and compliance-related responsibilities in a varied day-to-day environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit employees for temporary staffing assignments.
- Conduct interviews, handle contract finalization, and support employees during their assignments.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, applicants, employees, and public authorities.
- Accept new orders, maintain documentation, and organize deployment schedules.
- Ensure that collective bargaining rules and legal requirements are followed.
Required Profile
- Completed training as a personnel services specialist or another commercial qualification.
- Professional experience in temporary employment or labor leasing.
- Prior exposure to logistics is considered an advantage.
- Reliable, diligent, and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Strong independence, initiative, and creative thinking.
- Valid Class B driving licence.
