Role overview
MattesIT GmbH is looking for an IT Administrator to support both internal operations and customer projects in day-to-day work as well as in project assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Take care of server, storage, network, cloud, and IT security environments, including work on IT administration projects.
- Set up and manage Microsoft server and client systems in both physical and virtual environments.
- Design, maintain, and keep the services of a Windows-based network running smoothly.
- Select, procure, install, and document IT systems according to customer requirements.
- Create technical documentation and help improve processes and workflows.
- Investigate issues and resolve incidents on site as part of second-level support.
- Monitor infrastructure and troubleshoot problems across IT systems.
