About the Role

Wall Street English Saudi Arabia is growing and preparing to launch two new learning centers in Jeddah. We are searching for enthusiastic and dedicated Coaches eager to significantly impact student lives. Our mission goes beyond teaching English; we aim to assist students in fulfilling their ambitions, be it career advancement, studying internationally, or broadening opportunities. You will be an integral part of each student's English learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing strong and enduring connections with students
• Providing tailored coaching, constructive feedback, and support for learning
• Conducting initial lessons, advising sessions, and monitoring progress
• Keeping students motivated to reach their language goals
• Cultivating an inviting English-speaking atmosphere throughout the center
• Assisting with reception duties, managing appointments, and fostering student engagement
• Recognizing student accomplishments and creating meaningful educational experiences
• Collaborating closely with Service and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for coaching, mentoring, or educational roles
• Strong customer-centric approach
• Comfortable using technology and digital learning platforms
• Positive outlook and ability to thrive within a team setting
• Experience in education, training, hospitality, or customer service considered advantageous
